Ok so this is no two week test on the 2008 RRD Freestyle Wave 85 LTD. I have been riding this board since late fall of 2007 and I can tell you this board does it all. From flat water mach 10 jibes to down the line wave riding I have tested it. From 3.7 storm conditions to marginal 5.8 bump and jump this board rocks! I just spent two weeks in Cape Hatteras and whether I was on the sound working on tricks or on the ocean in side-off down the line waves this board is rock solid stable yet quick and nimble in turns and transitions. The short length makes it easy to throw around and the light weight of the Technora construction makes it feel even lighter under foot. The board is really fast as well. I spent many hours drag racing my friends on Pamlico sound and some of them are all about drag racing. I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings but lets just say we were all fast yet some were faster.
RRD boards just flat out rock!!!
