Adequate neoprene protection allows for more on the water opportunities when air and water temps are less then ideal. Wetsuits come in a variety of styles, neoprene thickness and constructions suitable to a wide range of weather conditions. The thicker the neoprene, the cooler the water and air temperatures they'll accommodate. Windsurfing wetsuit designs have features that aid comfort and performance specific to our sports: oversized forearms provide less arm restriction and minimize fatigue; textured snake-skin type neoprene repels water and minimizes wind chill affect. Wetsuits of more sophisticated designs and materials will provide greater comfort and flexibility. Convertible models allow you to add or remove sleeves.
