Powerex RDM 60

Slightly larger taper than the 85% or 100% Powerex, the RDM 60 delivers additional durability and correct bend curve. Constructed with 60% prepreg carbon to 40% glass epoxy fiber and built with Ultra Stratification technology where the fibers are matched electronically to ensure a perfect quality. The boom area is protected by an exclusive transparent polymer shield to avoid overstress from the boom front. This mast also uses the autoclave consistency production process (available to very few companies) and involves curing the carbon under high pressure, literally driving tiny air bubbles that cause imperfections out of the mast. The RDM 60 line uses the exclusive Aero Sanding Joint process where it's sanded by air-pressure to safeguard mast sections from getting stuck together.
