The system uses a tie down strap and cable lock to be used for a wide variety of sports needs as well as with a wide variety of car roof racks. Rugged stainless construction, changeable combination lock and flexible coated aircraft cable provide security unavailable with the typical car top cargo carrier. The cable wraps around any load like a strap and is automatically tightened by the padded lever-acting lock. Excess cable is kept from flapping by convenient clips. Standard cable length: 12 ft.
