Everything you need to adapt a boom into a low friction, 8 to 1, on-the-fly outhaul system. Includes 2 cleats, double sail pulley, 11/64" pre-stretched line (1-12' & 2-5' sections), 2 Ronstan pulley blocks, and 2 T-handles. Compatible with modern race booms with 3 integrated tail pulley design.
